CHANGGUANG is a custom pet products manufacturer in Houjie, Dongguan, Guangdong, China. We make pet collars, harnesses, leashes and coated webbing, with OEM and ODM services for brands and business customers.
Changguang Plastic Hardware & Decorative Material Factory
Founded in 2009, CHANGGUANG brings material processing and finished pet product manufacturing together in Dongguan. Our work began with PVC and TPU coated webbing, giving us a practical understanding of the materials behind collars, leashes and harnesses.
Our 3,000 m² facility connects coated webbing production, hardware and assembly. We work with customers on product dimensions, colors, logo applications and packaging, carrying a product idea through sampling and production.
We are a custom manufacturer, not a trading middleman. Our focus is on making products that fit each customer’s specifications and building long-term manufacturing relationships.

Our Story
Our story began in 2009 in Houjie, Dongguan. We started with the basics: producing PVC and TPU coated webbing through in-house plastic extrusion. Before there was a finished collar or leash, there was a material we wanted to make well.
From 2009 to 2014, we developed two sides of the business together: raw material production and OEM processing for overseas brands. Working on materials, components and assembly gave us hands-on experience across the manufacturing process.
In 2014, growing orders and a major capacity expansion opened the next chapter. We began making finished collars, harnesses and leashes, bringing our material knowledge into products ready for our customers’ own lines.
Today, our roots are still in manufacturing. We keep that experience on the production floor, working with customers to turn their product ideas into finished pet products.
